If you are wanting certain features within the widget removed, that can be done however, in order to be fully compliant we suggest for you to not remove any particular features. If you would like the widget to match the color scheme of your website, send us a support ticket and include the color codes.

Feel free to send a question using the widget located in the lower right side of the website however we ask that any in depth questions be asked via a support ticket. The support ticket route is the best and preferred way for us to track all requests and respond.
